• Rectangular and circular fire dampers
Installation:
• the rectangular and circular fire dampers are installed at crossings of rectangular ventilation ducts through partition walls and ceiling which divide a building into fire compartments.

Applications:
• the rectangular and circular fire dampers prevent fire from spreading in air conditioning and ventilation installations.

Operating principle:
• the rectangular and circular fire dampers are open during the normal operation. In case of fire, the thermal release link melts at 70oC or 120oC, thus enabling the spring to close the damper's blade.
Types according to the release mechanism:
• basic type with fusible link release
• with electric actuator.

Features:
• fire resistance is 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
• housing is made of galvanized sheet metal, damper blade made of a special insulation material, thermal release mechanism with the release temperature 70oC or 120oC
• fire resistance K60 or K90
• nominal sizes BxH from 200x150 mm to 1500x800 mm.
• standard length 250 mm
• basic type with fusible link release.
• basic type with limit switches 'closed' 'open'.
• type with electric actuator.
• fire dampers consist of a three-section housing made of galvanized steel sheet, with the middle and the blade made of a special insulation material and a thermal release mechanism with the release temperature 70oC or 120oC

• nominal sizes BxH from 250x250 mm to 1500x800 mm.
• standard length 400 mm

• Smoke dampers
Installation:
• the smoke dampers must be installed directly into the wall or ceiling of the same fire resistance as the damper.

Applications:
• the smoke dampers remove smoke and heat in case of fire.

Operating principle:
• the smoke dampers are closed during the normal operation. The smoke dampers open automatically in case of fire. Fire resistance is 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes
Types according to the release mechanism:
• basic mechanical type with fusible link release.
• solenoid type.
• motorized type with electric actuator.

Features:
• housing is made of galvanized sheet metal, brass bearings, damper blade made of a fire resistant material with special seal that prevents spread of smoke and release mechanism
• fire resistance 90 minutes
• sizes B 252 mm÷1262 mm, H 252 mm÷797 mm.
• DOL-1R-A basic type with fusible link releases at 70oC and opens the smoke damper. The limit switch is optional.
• DOL-1R-W/T solenoid type ( pull type ): in case of fire the smoke damper opens by means of electric impulse from a fire alarm, smoke alarm etc. The limit switch signals the blade position and breaks-off the electric impulse in the moment when damper opens. In normal position the damper is not under the voltage. Closing of the damper is always manual.
• fire resistance K-90
• nominal sizes B 200x1500 mm, H 250x800 mm.
• operating principle: electric actuators operate according to 'open'/'closed' principle. During the fire, the smoke damper can be controllably moved to closed or open position. Regulation must be done with a fire alarm control panel with reduntant power supply.
• fire resistance E-120
• nominal sizes B 150 mm÷1500 mm, H 200 mm÷1000 mm
• DOL-3-1 W/T solenoid type: in case of fire the smoke damper opens by means of electric impulse from a fire alarm, smoke alarm etc. The limit switch signals the blade position and breaks-off the electric impulse in the moment when damper opens. In normal position the damper is not under the voltage. Closing of the damper is always manual.
• DOL-3-1 E electric actuator type: when the damper is in working position 'closed', electric actuator is under electrical power; when power is cut off the build in spring automatically moves the damper to 'open' position. When is no fire and the power is on the damper returns automatically to the 'closed' position. Limit switches are incorporated.
